Terms of Use.

These Terms govern your use of DumpFCK.com and any DumpFCK software, documentation, or downloads provided by Autotelics, LLC (“Autotelics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. If you use DumpFCK on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

1. What DumpFCK does

DumpFCK is a broadcast-delay and audio-replacement tool. It requires an operator to trigger replacement of selected recent audio. It does not automatically identify profanity or other objectionable content. Website demonstrations are illustrations, not an active broadcast-processing service.

2. Your broadcast is your responsibility

You are responsible for your content, permissions, audio routing, equipment, operator timing, and compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, and contractual requirements. Obtain any consent required to capture, process, record, or broadcast another person’s audio.

Test your complete setup before going live. Audio already delivered cannot be recalled. A late button press, an incorrect setting, a software or hardware failure, or downstream processing may allow unwanted content to reach listeners. DumpFCK does not guarantee a profanity-free broadcast or compliance with broadcasting rules.

3. Development versions and availability

DumpFCK is currently a prototype in development. Features, compatibility, availability, and release plans may change. Development versions may contain errors or stop working. Do not rely on them as your sole safeguard for a critical broadcast. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the website or software. Any paid offer will identify its price and applicable purchase terms before purchase.

4. Permission to use the software

When we provide a copy of DumpFCK to you, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use that copy for your own lawful personal or business activities, subject to these Terms and any separate license supplied with it. We retain all rights not expressly granted. A separate license accompanying a release controls if it conflicts with these Terms concerning that release.

You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute the software without our written permission, remove ownership notices, or reverse engineer it except to the extent applicable law permits despite this restriction. Third-party components, if included, remain subject to their own licenses.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the website or software to violate anyone’s rights or applicable law, distribute malicious code, gain unauthorized access to systems, or interfere with the website’s operation. Do not misrepresent an affiliation with or endorsement by Autotelics.

6. Ownership and your content

DumpFCK, the website, software, branding, and original materials are owned by Autotelics, LLC or their respective licensors. Copyright © 2026 Autotelics, LLC. You retain your rights in your own audio and other content; these Terms do not transfer ownership of it to us.

7. Messages and external services

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send. Do not send passwords or material you are not entitled to share. Third-party websites, broadcasting platforms, and services operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

8. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every setup, or that all unwanted audio will be removed.

9. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autotelics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the website or software. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us for DumpFCK in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits apply only where lawful. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights.

10. Ending use

You may stop using the website and software at any time. Your software license ends if you materially breach these Terms and do not remedy that breach after notice where a remedy is possible. On termination, stop using and delete copies covered by that license. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and each party consents to those courts’ jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.

12. Changes and general provisions

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively; where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
